GANBAN Treatment
A Ganbanyoku is a hot stone spa that has become popular in Japan. Body-sized stones, such as granite, are inset into the floor and heated; users lie, clothed, on the stones, their bodies gradually heating up resulting in a deep detoxification effect, improved circulation and benefits for the skin.
Our Ganban treatment is a modification of this technique where the stones are contained within a specialized liner which the client is wrapped in. The rock used in this heat mat is an oceanic lava with highly elevated far-infra red radiation emitting capacity for deep detoxification, circulation and metabolism.
